Our 146-unit Cincinnati condo association hired Kings of Clean to remove the algae that had grown on the shady side of our buildings--a job that was way overdue and called for a thorough cleaning. I initially contacted Ray Lunsford about our job and the pricing. I found him not only professional but also very easy to work. He and his wife, Mel (he calls her his secret weapon) did outstanding work for us, even though the algae buildup took extra effort. But what impressed me the most was that they often exceeded contract requirements because they wanted to be as satisfied with the finished job, too. Add to tall of this the fact that the cost to our association was more than reasonable. We intend to employ Kings of Clean regularly.
